Endless Fun at the Hotel!

We had a wonderful stay filled with family-friendly activities and fantastic facilities. The kids loved the pools and the Kids World, which kept them entertained all day. While the staff at the kids' club lacked supervision, the food was incredible and varied. However, the room's layout was a bit cramped for a family, and some staff seemed overwhelmed, impacting service during peak times.
